Bill and George have been friends since kindergarten. In 2023, they joined an environmental school project. When the original coordinators had to resign, Bill and George stepped up to take over. Realising that organising beach cleanups for groups of students wasn't sufficient to make a significant impact, they conceived the idea to start Artemis. Fuelled by their strong friendship and shared love for the sea, they launched this initiative together. Today, Artemis has grown far beyond what Bill and George initially encountered, becoming a full-fledged environmental project.
